You may also provide additional details for your profile, such as saved addresses and preferences. We may request further information for identity verification, such as a profile photo.

Credit/Debit Card and other payment methods

To use ATTACHLY services like booking services with the Providers and receiving services at the desired location, users would be required to pay ahead by providing information of payment methods such as Credit, Debit or other modes of payment to complete the transaction prior to scheduling the booking/service. This information such as your full name, card information, billing address will be collected and processed by a third party payment processor such as Stripe.

Contact Information

If you choose to contact us via e-mail to inquire about something, have questions related to services or to provide your feedback, we will collect your name, e-mail or mobile number together with the email content. This will help us to contact you back to serve you better. 

Activity & Usage Information

We will also collect information related to the type of service requested, date and time of request, location, distance and the payment transaction used. Also the number of services booked, canceled and a complete history of all services that were booked by you.

Feedback

When the Platform is rated and feedback is given (including comments about Providers), all the information shared in the feedback is collected by us.

Cookies

“Cookies” are small pieces of information or files that are sent to your computer’s hard drive. With some settings, it is possible to refuse or accept some of the cookies on your device, but for better user experience of our platform, you would need to allow the use of cookies. Cookies are of two types i.e., session Cookies (which expire once the web browser is closed) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). For a more interactive and personalized experience of our platform, we may use both types of cookies.

Our platform also uses cookies to collect some more information regarding your use of our platform. These include the date and time of each visit, the searched and viewed data. This privacy policy doesn’t cover the use of the third-party cookies as we cannot control those cookies on our platform.

Geolocation

If you've allowed location access, we may collect and store your exact location, whether our app is open and on-screen (foreground) or running in the background (not visible but still active). You can still use our services without sharing your precise location, but this might affect your experience, such as limiting certain features, content, or requesting service requests. If you haven't shared your precise location, we can only estimate your general area.

For proper use of our platform and making bookings/service requests, your location information is needed. Therefore, we would need your consent to allow us to use your precise geolocation information. If you refuse to provide consent to collect your geolocation information, then you won’t be able to look up providers, schedule appointments and all the services requiring your location information. We also use location services to track the real-time location of ATTACHLY providers when they travel to your home/office or desired location.

Web Beacons

Web beacons are small electronic files or also known as clear gifs or pixel tags. Our platform and e-mails may use Web beacons to collect information like user count that visited the pages and opened an e-mail.

Device Information

We collect specific information about your mobile and internet connection, including your mobile numbers, Apple ID, and for other devices, the IP address, unique device identifier, operating system, network, browser, date and time stamp, and browser details. Additionally, we gather information about the devices accessing the ATTACHLY platform, such as device model, carrier, manufacturer, radio type (e.g., 4G), language preferences, application installations, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens. 

Usage Information

We gather information regarding your usage of the ATTACHLY platform, which includes service booking details such as the date, time, destination, distance, payment method, and whether a promotional or referral code was used. Additionally, we collect data about your interactions with our apps and websites, including the pages and content you access, along with the dates and times of your visits.

Interaction with the Providers

We partner with a third party to enable phone calls and text messages between ATTACHLY Users/Customers and Providers/Contractors while keeping both parties' actual phone numbers private. Although we use this third party for communication services, we still collect information about these interactions and chat communications on the ATTACHLY Platform, including the participants’ phone numbers, date and time, and the content of SMS and chat messages. For security reasons, we may monitor or record the contents of phone calls made through the ATTACHLY Platform, but we will inform you beforehand if this occurs.

Phone contacts

You can adjust your device settings to allow ATTACHLY access to your contact lists, which can be useful for referring friends to ATTACHLY. If you choose to enable this access, we will retrieve the names and contact details of the individuals in your address book.

Calendar

You can adjust your device permissions or allow ATTACHLY access to your selected calendar, enabling it to access calendar details. This can help you receive alerts for your provider and your upcoming bookings. If you decide to enable this feature, we will retrieve and store information from your calendar to provide these optional services. ATTACHLY will comply with the relevant policies of calendar providers, including Apple’s and Google’s API Services User Data Policy, which sets specific restrictions on how data from user calendar accounts can be used. You have the option to revoke ATTACHLY’s access to your accounts at any time, either within the app or through your account provider's settings.

To provide you with the best user experience on our platform, your personal information is used to create an intuitive, useful, efficient, and worthwhile experience on our platform. ATTACHLY uses your Personal Information or Data in the following ways:

Content

We may share content and information you publicly post or allow us to share, like Provider reviews or photos of the services you've received, so others can see and learn about your experiences with ATTACHLY Providers on our platform and our Services.

No Advertising or Cross-App Tracking

ATTACHLY does not gather data for advertising, engage in cross-app tracking, or create user profiles for targeted ads. Any data we collect is used exclusively to enhance the app’s performance, provide analytics, enable in-app chat, and process payments securely.

We have integration with tools like (Amplitude, Firebase, Amity, HelpCrunch, and Stripe), no data is collected for advertising purposes nor is it shared with data brokers. These third-party services are used for analytics, chat, and payment processing. There is no cross-app tracking or targeted advertising, ensuring the app remains ATT compliant.

Compliance with App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

As we do not track users across apps or websites, our app does not prompt Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) notification. Data collection is limited strictly to the app's core functionality.

Affiliates and Acquisitions

We may share some or all your personal data with our affiliates such as joint ventures, mergers, subsidiaries or sister companies and also in case of acquisition of our company by another company. Please note that your personal data will be collected, used, protected and secured by our affiliates or acquisitions as explained in this privacy policy with all rights and obligations.

Compliance and Protection

We may disclose your personal data to outside organizations only if we deem necessary to comply with legal investigations, court orders, or laws. This includes assisting with potential violations of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, as well as complying with federal, state, or local regulations. We will respond to legal processes such as search warrants or subpoenas and enforce our Terms of Service. Additionally, we may cooperate with law enforcement on matters we believe may violate the law and take necessary actions to exercise or defend legal claims, or protect our rights and the safety of individuals or the public, as allowed by law.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to support your use of the ATTACHLY Platform and to serve other users. Your profile information is retained as long as your account is active, while transactional details like payments are stored for at least seven years to meet business needs, such as tax compliance. We also retain information to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. If you request account deletion, we will remove your information.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no security system is infallible, and we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or actions by third parties.

Your Privacy Matters

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties or data brokers. All data is processed in accordance with relevant data protection laws and industry standards to ensure your privacy.

Third Party Services

We may use third party services for sales and marketing purposes such as Google ad campaign Adsense and Google Analytics services or Google Adsense. For marketing purposes, we may disclose information like location where most users and providers are based. For analytics purposes, we may collect your information to understand user preferences. The third-party analytics services may use cookies to gather information like your location, date and time of your visit, IP address etc. 

Third-Party Website

If you wish to use any third-party website or links outside of ATTACHLY, that site may collect your Personal information or Anonymous Data. We do not have any affiliation with Third-party websites and therefore, we do not have any control over what type of data they collect and store from you. If you provide any information outside of the ATTACHLY platform, you will be responsible for the safety of your personal information like email, password, payment method etc and we cannot be responsible or liable for that. Please note that this Privacy Policy is not applicable to outside websites or links, or to any data that you provide outside of ATTACHLY.

SNS

ATTACHLY platform may provide you with interfaces to connect with SNS as known as social networking services (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest).

We will work with the SNS’s application protocol interface (better known as their developer API) in a way that allows you to authorize us to access your account on that SNS on your behalf. In order to provide this authorization, you will not provide us with your user name or password to the SNS, but you will need to log-in to that SNS directly through our Site. Once authorized by you, the SNS will provide us a token that allows the SNS to recognize us when we ask, on your behalf, for access to your account information or to post information. You will be able to revoke our access to any SNS site at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable SNS, though such revocation may limit the Services we are able to provide you. When you post messages on the Services or on an SNS where we have a page or presence (collectively “SNS Pages”), the information contained in your posting may be republished on our Site and other users may be able to see them.

User communication

From time to time, we will be sending you email communications including offers, promotions, newsletters to keep you updated with our company’s latest promotions and offers related to our services. Location Information

If you do not intend to share your location information with ATTACHLY, you can select to turn off your location within your device settings or within ATTACHLY platform with the options available to you. In this case, some of the services might not be available if the location services are turned off.

Email and Text

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in those messages. However, you will still receive transactional and account-related emails regarding your use of the ATTACHLY platform.

For text messages, you can opt out of commercial or promotional messages by sending the word END to “(972) 895-9001” from the mobile device receiving the texts. To stop receiving all texts from us, including transactional messages, text STOPALL to “(972) 895-9001”. Please be aware that opting out of all texts may affect your experience on the platform.

Children Access

ATTACHLY platform is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take action to delete that data. If you suspect that a child under 16 has shared personal information with us, please reach out to us through our Help Center

Account Deletion

To delete your account, please visit our Privacy Page. However, we may not be able to delete your account if there are trust, safety, or fraud concerns. When an account is deleted, we might retain certain information for legitimate business reasons or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. For instance, we may need to keep your information to resolve ongoing insurance claims or comply with active legal claims. When we retain this data, we ensure it is secured to prevent use for any other purposes.

Accessing and correcting your personal information

ATTACHLY provides you a self-service option to view, edit and make updates to your personal information within your account profile. If you seek support from ATTACHLY team in updating or deleting your account information, you can send us an email to support@attachly.co

‍Please note that the deletion action will only delete the data from our active database, but we will retain the data in our archival records for future reference or for any fraud prevention matters.

We are also committed to ensure the protection and security of your private/personal information. About/Contact Info: We collect your contact information which includes your name, email, mobile/phone number, physical address, gender, date of birth,and any other contact information that you provide during your registration process.
Identification Information: We may collect information such as your government identification id/number or driver’s license to confirm your age and identity. We may request further information for identity verification, such as a profile photo. We may collect more personal information like your certificates or licenses and insurance to verify the profile and perform certain background checks and right to work.

Bank/Debit Card or direct deposit information

To use the ATTACHLY platform, Contractors/Providers are required to provide payment method information (e.g., bank account details) for receiving payments for completed services. Please note, however, that ATTACHLY does not store any payment information, including bank account numbers, routing details, or billing addresses. All payment processing is securely handled through the payment processing company (third-party), our payment service provider.

Contact Information

If you choose to contact us via email to inquire about something, have questions related to services or to provide your feedback, we will collect your name, email or mobile number together with the email content. This will help us to contact you back to serve you better.

To ATTACHLY Users/Customers

We may share your Personal Data with ATTACHLY Users/Customers. When a Contractor/Provider accepts a booking or service request, we will share with the User/Customer the Provider's name, profile photo, preferred pronouns, rating, and real-time location. Additionally, we will include other details from the Provider's profile, such as any self-added information (like work photos) and statistics (such as the number of services completed and years of experience).

Please note that the Users/Customers will keep your information confidential as they are bound by our contractual obligations and will only use the information for intended purposes.

Referrals

If you refer someone to the ATTACHLY Platform, we will inform them that you were the one who made the referral. Similarly, if you were referred by another user, we might share details about your activity on the ATTACHLY Platform with them. For instance, the person who referred you may receive a bonus when you join the ATTACHLY Platform or complete a specific number of services, and they would be notified of this.

Your profile information is retained as long as your account is active, while transactional details like payments are stored for at least seven years to meet business needs, such as tax compliance. We also retain information to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. If you request account deletion, we will remove your information.

For marketing purposes, we may disclose information like location where most users and Contractor/Providers are based. For analytics purposes, we may collect your information to understand user preferences. The third-party analytics services may use cookies to gather information like your location, date and time of your visit, IP address etc.

If you wish to use any third-party website or links outside of ATTACHLY, that site may collect your Personal information or Anonymous Data. We do not have any affiliation with Third-party websites and therefore, we do not have any control over what type of data they collect and store from you. If you provide any information outside of the ATTACHLY platform, you will be responsible for the safety of your personal information like email, password, payment method etc and we cannot be responsible or liable for that. Please note that this Privacy Policy is not applicable to outside websites or links, or to any data that you provide outside of ATTACHLY.

Profile Settings

You can view and update specific account information you've added to your profile by logging into your account settings.

Push notifications

You can disable push notifications in your device settings. Keep in mind that opting out may affect your experience on the platform, such as missing notifications when a booking/service request is made by the customer.

Communication

From time to time, we will be sending you email communications including offers, promotions, newsletters to keep you updated with our company’s latest promotions and offers related to our services. Location Information

If you do not intend to share your location information with ATTACHLY, you can select to turn off your location within your device settings or within ATTACHLY platform with the options available to you. In this case, you won't be able to receive any bookings/service requests if the location services are turned off.

Email and Text

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in those messages. However, you will still receive transactional and account-related emails regarding your use of the ATTACHLY platform.

For text messages, you can opt out of commercial or promotional messages by sending the word END to “(972) 895-9001” from the mobile device receiving the texts. To stop receiving all texts from us, including transactional messages, text STOPALL to “  ”. Please be aware that opting out of all texts may affect your experience on the platform.

Children Access

ATTACHLY platform is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take action to delete that data. If you suspect that a child under 16 has shared personal information with us, please reach out to us through our Help Center.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, please read our T&C and privacy policy. However, we may not be able to delete your account if there are trust, safety, or fraud concerns. When an account is deleted, we might retain certain information for legitimate business reasons or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. For instance, we may need to keep your information to resolve ongoing insurance claims or comply with active legal claims. When we retain this data, we ensure it is secured to prevent use for any other purposes.

Accessing and correcting your personal information

ATTACHLY provides you a self-service option to view, edit and make updates to your personal information within your account profile. If you seek support from ATTACHLY team in updating or deleting your account information, you can send us an email to support@attachly.co

‍Please note that the deletion action will only delete the data from our active database, but we will retain the data in our archival records for future reference or for any fraud prevention matters.
