Stay vigilant for these warning signs, and keep your account secure:
- If you’re on a service request and the customer calls to cancel, then you get a call from someone claiming to be “Support” asking for your email or mobile number to remove the request—hang up! Chat with Support through the app instead; this is a scam.
- If you receive a text or call offering a bonus or financial help but ask you to share your mobile and passcode to get the funds, ignore it. ATTACHLY will never ask for your passcode to pay you—this is a scam!
- If someone claiming to be “Support” calls or texts you urgently needing your passcode to continue service, stop right there. This is a scam!
- If you get a call from someone saying they’re “ATTACHLY Support” and they give you a password to update yours, hang up! ATTACHLY Support will never need your password to assist you—this is a scam!
- If you encounter an app or website, other than the Provider app or ATTACHLY.co, asking for your account email and phone/OTP passcode, do not provide that info. This is a scam!
If you experience any of these situations, hang up or stop texting immediately. For genuine support, reach out directly to Help/support within the app.
