How do I connect my bank account to start receiving payments?
Ready to get your pay directly in your bank account? Just follow these steps:
- Navigate to Profile Section
- Open the attachly Pro app
- Go to the Profile section
- Go to Payment Tab
- In the Profile section, find and select the Payments tab from the options available.
- Click on Activate Payments
- To start connecting your banking information, click Activate payments
- Enter Your Email Address and Phone Number
- Enter your email address and phone number in the appropriate fields.
- Verify your phone number by entering the one time passcode for confirmation.
- Choose Your Country and Business Type
- Select the United States as your country from the dropdown menu.
- Choose your business type (Individual, Company, or Nonprofit organization) based on your situation.
- Select Bank Account for Payouts
- Choose the bank account you want to connect for receiving payouts. You may see a list of multiple accounts or options to add a new account.
- Select your preferred bank account and click Agree & Continue to proceed.
- Manually Enter Bank Details (Optional)
- If you want to enter your bank account details manually, select the option to input them directly.
- Enter your Routing Number and Account Number in the appropriate fields. Make sure these details are accurate to avoid payment issues.
- Double-check the information before proceeding.
- Confirm and Finalize Setup
- Review your entered information and confirm that all details are correct.
- Click Continue to complete the process and link your bank account for receiving payments.
Can I update my bank details after I’ve connected my account?
Yes, you can update your bank details at any time in the "Payments" section of your profile.
What happens if my bank account isn’t verified?
If your bank account isn’t verified, you won’t be able to receive payments. Make sure to complete the verification process to avoid delays.
How do I know if my bank account is successfully connected and verified?
After entering your bank details and completing verification, you should see a confirmation message in the "Payments" section indicating that your account is ready for payments.
Do I need to enter banking information each time to receive payments?
No, you can save your preferred banking/payment method one time only while activating your payment information.
What is the payment schedule for the Providers?
You will be paid weekly for all services completed during the prior workweek, which runs from Monday to Sunday (ending at midnight local time on Sunday). Payments are processed via Direct Deposit and will be transferred to your bank account every Tuesday. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
